ENTREE ~ choice of:
Chicken Picatta - chicken breast (no breading - gluten free) topped with a sauce of capers, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and wine, served with rice
Baked Haddock - topped with crisp Ritz cracker crumbs, lemon butter sauce, served with whipped potato and seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian Acorn Squash - baked and stuffed with farro (grain) salad, cauliflower romesco (charred tomatoes and roasted red peppers, pureed with toasted almonds) and chickpeas
DESSERT & COFFEE SERVICE ~ choice of:
Flourless Chocolate Torte (gluten-free) with raspberry sauce and whipped cream
Warm Apple Crisp with Chantilly cream
