About Us

Founded in 1977, Nauset Newcomers, Inc. is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, with no paid staff and a membership of more than 1,000.  Nauset Newcomers was created to provide newcomers and long-time residents of Cape Cod with opportunities to meet new people and become involved in their communities.  Our members are primarily from Brewster, Eastham, Orleans, Truro, Wellfleet and other towns across the Cape.  

Nauset Newcomers:

• provides residents with opportunities to meet and interact with other people in the area;
• supports our communities through volunteerism and contributing to other worthwhile non-profits and local causes;
• holds monthly programs and sponsors a wide variety of activities which reflect the interests of the membership; and
• offers members information about Cape Cod, its history, activities, services and recreational areas.

Joining Nauset Newcomers is a great way to meet people who are interested in participating in the varied menu of educational opportunities, group activities, social events and community involvement offered by the club.  And it's a great way to form new friendships along the way!
